Meet Abbie
Fewer than one in a hundred RE/MAX agents worldwide can say what Abbie Kaczmarek can. Chairman's Club recognition. A place among RE/MAX Escarpment's top individual producers. A client roster that grew almost entirely by referral, not advertising. She built all of it herself. No family name in real estate, no book of business handed down, no shortcut. Just a decision, early on, to do things differently and go further for every single client than anyone else in the room was willing to. The results speak for themselves. The story behind them is better.
This was never a career she stumbled into. Abbie started investing in real estate at twenty-two, years before she ever held a license, while building a corporate career in downtown Toronto that earned her an Award for Excellence for leading high-performing teams at a major company. The license, when it finally came, wasn't a discovery. It was the missing piece. Once she had it, she closed multi-million-dollar sales and earned a top commission honour in her very first year in the business.
What has truly defined her career, though, is a refusal to market any two homes the same way, and an instinct for ideas the rest of the market ends up borrowing. A ballerina moving through a luxury estate became one of the most shared real estate videos her market has seen, and one of the most copied: other agents have recreated it more than once since, and it isn't the only one of her ideas that's happened to. Live musicians scoring a walkthrough. Custom animation woven into a listing film. Abbie brings the concept first, and the market tends to follow. But the video is only ever the visible part. The real work happens earlier than that: agent open houses, a deliberate social media push, and a level of pre-launch exposure that builds genuine demand before a single showing is booked, so that by the time a listing hits the market, buyers are already waiting for it. Targeted print placements, direct mail, and door-to-door outreach round out a campaign most agents never attempt at all.
That approach hasn't gone unnoticed inside the industry, either. Abbie has spoken at Canada's largest real estate conference, sat on multiple panels educating fellow agents, and connected with agents around the world who look to her for a different way of doing business. The press followed, with features in Top Listings Canada, Haven Magazine, Mansions Global, Luxury Real Estate LRE, The James Edition, The Renowned Collection, The Wall Street Journal, Property Influencers, and Soare Productions. That coverage has carried her story to more than a million readers.
Based in Oakville, Abbie is rarely without her sidekick, a French Bulldog named Blue. Outside of real estate, she spends much of her time fostering animals in need and volunteering with Halton Women's Place. That work has taken her as far as an international animal rescue effort in Peru.
Whether you're buying your first home, expanding a portfolio, or making the most consequential move of your life, Abbie brings the same standard to every client: complete discretion, uncompromising strategy, and a level of care most people don't expect until they've experienced it. It's why so many of them never need to look anywhere else.
